The website also does not load content from other companies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
3. When you visit the website
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information to our web server, which records it in a server log. This is your IP address, the time, the page you requested, and information about your browser (such as the browser type and the page you came from).
Purpose: to deliver the pages to you and to keep the website secure and running, for example to detect and prevent attacks and errors.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legitimate interest is being able to run a secure and stable website.
4. The tools on the website
What you type or choose in the tools on the page (for example the description of your case or your answers about free legal aid) is processed only in your own browser. It is not sent to us and is not stored.
If you type a description in "Classify your case" and then click "Find help", your text is included in the link to app.vejentiljura.dk so you can continue there. Processing on app.vejentiljura.dk is covered by that service’s own privacy policy.
5. When you write to us
If you write to us through the contact form on the site or at info@vejentiljura.dk, we process your name, your email address and the information you include in your message.
The contact form is sent through our server, which forwards the message by email to info@vejentiljura.dk. The server does not store the message.

The website and our email are hosted by Simply.com (team.blue Denmark A/S). The server that forwards the contact form is hosted by Microsoft Azure in the EU. Both process the data on our behalf as data processors. We do not disclose your data to anyone else unless we are required to by law.
7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the EU/EEA. The website and our email are in Denmark, and the contact form server is in Ireland.
8. How long we keep the data
- Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation and security, and are then deleted automatically.

9. Do you have to give us the data?
You are not obliged to give us any data. However, your IP address has to be processed for the website to be technically shown to you. Writing to us is voluntary.
We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.
